Shipping & Handling
- 50% Advance Payment is applicable on orders of Rupees 25000 PKR or above.
- Delivery Charges to be paid in advance for countryside orders.
- Advance payment may be charged via Bank Transfer/Easypaisa/Jazzcash for imported sports goods (i.e shoes and cricket gear) for Lahore and Outside Lahore orders.
- For International Orders full payment is to be paid in advance.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email/call from our Customer Service team. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be dispatched to your given address. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 4-6 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock in our warehouse, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back ordered inventory. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 3 – 5 business days via our trusted courier service partner. Tracking details will be shared with you via email.

Please be noted that International orders shipped outside Pakistan may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer if charged and are not included in the product/shipping price. The company cannot control these fees or predict their amounts.
